Julia Butters joins her co-stars and director Steven Spielberg at the premiere of their movie The Fabelmans held at Princess of Wales Theatre on Saturday (September 10) in Toronto, Ontario.
The young actress was joined at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival premiere by co-stars Keeley Karsten, Gabriel LaBelle and Mateo Zoryon Francis-DeFord, as well as Michelle Williams, Paul Dano, Seth Rogen and Chloe East.
Never Have I Ever star Maitreyi Ramakrishnan was also in attendance.
The Fabelmans is co-written and directed by Steven, and is based on his childhood and follows 16-year-old aspiring filmmaker Sammy Fabelman (LaBelle).
The trailer for the upcoming movie was also released over the weekend.

Michelle stars as Sammy’s artistic mother Mitzi; Paul is his successful, scientific father, Burt; Seth is Bennie Loewy, Burt’s best friend and honorary “uncle” to the Fabelman children; Keeley is Sammy’s sister Natalie; Julia is Sammy’s sister Reggie; Judd Hirsch is Mitzi’s Uncle Boris; Jeannie Berlin is Sammy’s paternal grandmother, Hadassah Fabelman; and Robin Bartlett is Sammy’s maternal grandmother Tina Schildkraut. Mateo plays a Young Sammy.
The Fabelmans will debut in select theaters on November 11th, and everywhere on November 23rd.
