Kit Connor makes his way through the airport after arriving into Brazil on Friday (December 2) in São Paulo.
The 18-year-old actor was joined by his Heartstopper co-stars Joe Locke and Sebastian Croft as they are in town to attend the Comic-Con Experience 2022.
That same day, it was announced that filming has wrapped on the upcoming second season of Heartstopper.
“very proud and grateful to get to work with such a wonderful bunch of humans. can’t wait for you all to see what we’ve been doing… ❤️” Sebastian shared on Twitter.
The night before, their co-star Olivia Colman, who plays Kit‘s mom on the hit series, opened up about his coming out and slammed those that bullied him to do so.

“I am so proud of him, but I am not proud of how people bullied him,” she told Variety. “I think people should be allowed to have their own journey.
“But I’m incredibly proud of him as a young man to deal with all of that and be in the spotlight. It’s unfair,” Olivia added. “But he’s amazing. He’s a very beautiful human being.”
