Disney and Pixar finally have a date for when Elemental will begin streaming on Disney+!
The mouse house made the big release announcement on Wednesday (September 6), and it’s quite soon.
In addition to Elemental coming to Disney+, the Pixar short Carl’s Date, which played alongside the movie in theaters, is also debuting on the same day, as is a new making of documentary.
Find out all of the details inside…
Elemental, Carl’s Date and Good Chemistry: The Story of Elemental will ALL begin streaming on Disney+ NEXT Wednesday, September 13th!
This comes after a slow burn theatrical release, where the latest Pixar film has earned $480 million at the global box office since it’s release in June.
In Good Chemistry, Elemental director Peter Sohn will take viewers through his personal journey that led to the inspiration behind the new movie, where he “traces his parents’ voyage from Korea to New York, explores his dad’s former grocery shop in the heart of the Bronx, and delves into his choice of a career in animation, rather than the family business.”
In addition, now through September 20th, new and returning Disney+ subscribers can join Disney+ Basic (with ads) for just $1.99/month for three months at DisneyPlus.com!
If you missed the news, Elemental is also coming out on 4K Ultra HD™, Blu-ray™ and DVD on September 26th, if you would like to own a physical copy.
In case you missed it, find out where Elemental ranks among every other Pixar movie!
