Millie Bobby Brown is expressing her interest in moving on from Stranger Things.
The 19-year-old actress has been starring on the show since 2016 and is now ready to say goodbye to the hit Netflix series.
In a new interview, Millie shared how she’s grateful, but ready for a new chapter.
Find out what she said inside…
“I’m definitely ready to wrap up. I feel like there’s a lot of the story that’s been told now, and we know of it, it’s been in our lives for a very long time. But I’m very ready to say goodbye to this chapter of my life and open new ones up,” she told Seventeen. “I’m able to create stories myself that are important to me and focus on the bigger picture. But I’m really grateful [for the show].”
While some fans have dream cast her in a future season of The White Lotus, she reacted to whether she’d be down for that.
“I mean, I would never say no to that. I’ve done my fair share of shows, I’m ready,” Millie said, noting that she has seen the second season.
“I watched season two and I absolutely loved it. It was amazing and just such a great show. It’s really nice to be able to love a show like that and it deliver on every episode,” she gushed.
In case you didn’t see, here’s when filming is set to start for Stranger Things‘ upcoming fifth and final season.
If you missed it, Millie has two more movies coming out on Netflix – Damsel this October and The Electric State, which just recently wrapped filming.
