Caleb McLaughlin is dishing on his fitness journey!
The 21-year-old Stranger Things star opened up with Men’s Health about his training, what else he gets from workouts other than muscle and what he’s learned.
Caleb even takes viewers inside his workouts to train for his latest movie role in Peacock’s Shooting Stars.

“I’ve worked out my whole life, but getting that type of training was something that I haven’t experienced. So it definitely brought out the best in me,” he dished about training in the gym and on the court for the film.
He also shared that, “A good refreshing workout in the morning helps me with my mental space. Helps me get in a good workspace for the whole day.”
While Caleb has been working out his whole life, he’s still learning more about what his workouts do for him.
“I’m understanding what these workouts are doing for me,” he says. “And even now that I’m starting to implement weights into my workouts, I don’t ego lift.”
