Disney and Pixar just debuted the first teaser trailer for their new movie Elio on Tuesday (June 13)!
The upcoming animated film will be the 28th feature film from the animation studio, and it hits theaters Spring 2024.
Disney unveiled the teaser trailer at the 2023 Annecy International Animation Film Festival, and they also announced two new additions to the voice cast!

The new Pixar film “introduces Elio, an underdog with an active imagination who finds himself inadvertently beamed up to the Communiverse, an interplanetary organization with representatives from galaxies far and wide. Mistakenly identified as Earth’s ambassador to the rest of the universe, and completely unprepared for that kind of pressure, Elio must form new bonds with eccentric alien lifeforms, survive a series of formidable trials and somehow discover who he is truly meant to be.”
Yonas Kibreab will voice Elio, while America Ferrera voices his mom Olga. Just announced additions to the cast are Jameela Jamil as Ambassador Questa and Brad Garrett as Ambassador Grigon.
Elio is set to hit theaters on March 1, 2024.
