An all new SpongeBob SquarePants movie is coming out centered on Plankton!
Netflix has released the trailer for Plankton: The Movie, where the villain character’s latest evil plan gets thwarted and he has to team up with his frenemy.

Here’s a synopsis: SpongeBob SquarePants’ tiniest frenemy, Sheldon J. Plankton, is finally getting his close up. When Plankton’s latest evil scheme is thwarted, Bikini Bottom and the surface world become threatened by an unexpected danger. Now, before Plankton can take over the world, he’s going to have to save it.
Reprising their voice roles are Mr. Lawrence as Plankton, Jill Talley as his computer wife Karen, Tom Kenny as SpongeBob SquarePants, Bill Fagerbakke as Patrick Star, Carolyn Lawrence as Sandy Cheeks, Clancy Brown as Mr Krabs and Rodger Bumpass as Squidward.
Plankton: The Movie is set to debut on March 7th on Netflix!
This is just the latest SpongeBob SquarePants movie that is coming out, and follows last year’s Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie. A new theatrical SpongeBob film is also in the works!
