Mitchie Torres is officially back!
Disney has just confirmed that Demi Lovato will, in fact, reprise her role in the upcoming Camp Rock 3, following nearly a year of speculation.
In addition to making a cameo in the new movie musical, Demi is also serving as an executive producer, alongside fellow OG Camp Rock stars, the Jonas Brothers.
Demi is the fifth original Camp Rock star to be confirmed to reprise their role, following the Jonas Brothers and her movie mom, Maria Canals-Barrera.
Demi visited the set of the movie when they filmed last fall, which sparked speculation of her return. The director later hinted at a cameo from the pop star!
What is Camp Rock 3 about?
When Connect 3 loses their opening act for a major reunion tour, they return to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing. As campers vie for the chance to open for their favorite band, tensions rise and friendships are tested — leading to unexpected alliances, revelations, and romances.
